Fruits and vegetables want good for us, spinach, cabbage and broccoli in particular. They’re spoiled with polyphenols which are anti-oxidants against free radicals, the main cause of aged cells. Not to mention its Vitamin C that prevents premature skin cells. An anti-age fire arm! So it is advised to cook them carefully in order not to lose it alimentary value.
