Dio Brando, or DIO, is a character from the anime/manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He is described as a villain of little conscience, vast cunning, and an insatiable hunger for power and is credited as the dominant antagonist in the series, particularly in Part 1: Phantom Blood and Part 3: Stardust Crusaders.
